Ajishoku Foods has been supplying nationwide with quality meat products since 1990. Since inception, all of our products have been sourced and processed in United States. We specialize in manufacturing Japan Quality meat products, primarily Kurobuta Sausages, which offers a one-of-a-kind tasting experience.

Our Products
Ajishoku Foods prides in producing the highest quality meat products to our customers from fresh meat to custom processed meat products. We are able to source the best meat from our domestic and in international suppliers. With further processed products, we will work with our customer until they are satisfied with the end product from the formulation level.
Kurobuta Sausage
Our Kurobuta Sausage products are made with only premium pork from 100% Kurobuta Pork. They are slowly smoked and fully cooked to perfection. Bite after bite these sausages are full of rich flavor.
Kurobuta Pork Cuts
We offer a full line of quality Kurobuta pork products, all trimmed and packed to the industry's highest standards. There is no other pork that is comparable to the taste and quality that we handle here at Ajishoku Foods.
Bacon
Using all natural ingredients like turbinado sugar and sea salt, we have produced a rich, flavorful, and robust bacon.
Chashu Bulk
Primal Cuts (Fresh or Frozen)
Soy sauce braised pork belly is a well known dish in Japan. Rolled, slow cooked pork belly in soy sauce glaze, Chashu will literally melt-in-your-mouth. Restaurant packaged sizes will be available!

Berkshire pigs, also known as Kurobuta, are a rare breed of pig originating from the English county of Berkshire that are bred and raised in several parts of the world, including England, Japan, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. The Japanese designation of the breed, Kurobuta, has become like Kobe beef, a preferred branding of a premium grade of meat, that has increased the breed's popularity in the 21st century and caused this heritage breed's pork products to command a premium price.　Kurobuta are 100% Berkshire, but not all 100% Berkshire can be qualified as Kurobuta. Kurobuta Pork is the best of the best from 100% Berkshire Pork.
